Freedom of Conscience Journal

In honor of the launch of the Journal of Freedom of Conscience’s 11th edition, participants of the International Scientific Conference presented a scientific paper, in Romanian or English, French, German, Italian, Spanish. The presentations were on the theme "Affirming Freedom and Human Rights in the Context of Global Crises - Education and Digitalisation"/ "Affirming Freedom and Human Rights in the Context of Global Crises - Education and Digitalisation", with a minimum of 3000 words. The research papers were integrated in the Journal of Freedom of Conscience, while the abstract and keywords were in English.

Scientific papers received by the above date have been published in a paper launched at this year's event. The scientific paper will be sent together with the Declaration of Originality for publication in the Journal for Freedom of Conscience.

The publication and launch of the Journal of Freedom of Conscience - 11th edition - is done in collaboration with the State Secretariat for Religious Affairs, Polytechnic University of Bucharest, International Religious Liberty Association (IRLA, USA), Association Internationale pour la Défense de la Liberté Religieuse (AIDLR, Switzerland), and the Institute for Peace Studies in Eastern Christianity (USA).

The purpose of the publication is to bring together the ideas presented in the concept of respect and application of human rights in the proceedings of the International Scientific Conference "Affirming Freedom and Human Rights in the Context of Global Crises - Education and Digitalisation". The ideas, as research papers, are then published in the Journal of Freedom of Conscience. The next step is to disseminate a considerable number of copies of this work which is of scientific and social value to communities, central and local government institutions, higher education institutions, libraries, and the diaspora.

"From an AIDLR perspective, the work of Constintiia si Libertate (Conscience and Liberty) Association is outstanding in Romania, said Paulo Macedo, Secretary-General of AIDLR. “The extent, depth and quality of the journal, and also for how long it has been published, is an impressive contribution to the studies on the topic on religious liberty. The events promoted by the Association, in the Parliament and Universities, are always a timely and relevant meeting point between authorities, academics, clerics, students, and other personalities. AIDLR recognizes and fully support this excellent work,” concluded Macedo.
