The focus was on the motto of “Educating for eternity”, the great objective of Adventist Education, that students know Jesus and accept salvation.

For this training, a team of experienced trainers was invited, led by Doctor Raquel Karniejczuk, accompanied by her husband Doctor Victor Korniejczuk, and Doctors Sonia Krum and Vanina Lavooy.

Beardsley-Hardy, along with Doctor Noemí Durán who leads the EUD Geoscience Research Institute.

During these days, participants experienced moments of prayer and communion with God, adding to moments of learning, sharing, and conviviality.

“We thank the presidents of UPASD and UAE, both fruits of Adventist Education and passionate about this ministry, for the presence and messages they left us,” acknowledged João Daniel Faustino, director of the Education Department at the Portuguese Union. “We left this place with a full heart, excited by this experience, aware of our responsibility in this mission, full of hope and trust in our good God.”
