Between October 2020 and June 2021, the beneficiaries of the project "Support for everyone" were supported through the SMS donation service aimed at improving living conditions. This goal is achieved through the provision of personalized support according to the specific needs of each assisted person for whom the humanitarian intervention is carried out: both the settlement of medical services and the fulfillment of basic needs, such as food, hygiene products, clothing and footwear.
“The ADRA team makes constant efforts to come as close as possible to all those who want to get involved through financial donations, to help the beneficiaries,” explained Bogdan Stanica, ADRA Romania Project Manager. “Thus, six months after the implementation of the technical solution for SMS donations to the short number 8845, we can report over five thousand SMS received. All this is possible with your involvement and generosity, thus facilitating the continuation of the fight against the shortcomings that disadvantaged people face every day, bringing an extra smile to each beneficiary. ‘Thank you’ for your gestures of generosity, from both me and the entire ADRA Romania team!” concluded Stanica.
The ADRA project "Support for everyone" brings relief and hope in the souls of beneficiaries. “All people have the fundamental right to basic care, goods, and services,” declared Delia Fărâmiță, Marketing and Communication Manager of ADRA Romania. She concluded, “We thank everyone for the support given to ADRA beneficiaries during this period.”
Those who want to join the ADRA Romania team in the “Support for everyone” project and get involved can do so through financial donations on the ADRA account, by visiting the adra.ro/doneaza website. To ensure the donation goes towards the “Support for everyone” project, donors should choose the last option (Other) and specify “Support for everyone” when filling in the destination of the money.
